A soundproof device has been created that takes into consideration noise for neighboring residences and physical strain for workers!
The "TMN-301" is a fully automatic asphalt compaction device that can automatically compact the front and back of Marshall specimens simply by placing and setting the sample in the mold. After setting the mold with the sample, pressing the start switch causes the rammer to rise to a specified height through the up-and-down motion of the air cylinder and then automatically drop. Additionally, because it is automated, no operation is required after setting the mold. This minimizes density errors by the specimen creator. 【Features】 - Contributes to labor saving by performing a series of operations automatically - Allows for arbitrary settings of the number of surface and back compactions - Meets the standards of ASTM D-1559 and JHS-202 - Effective in improving the working environment, including noise reduction and safety - Sensor functions can be checked on the display panel, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
