Realization of a process information collection system in the manufacturing industry using low-code development tools and NFC.
This system development was commissioned to Kanazawa Systems Co., Ltd., which is familiar with our business and has developed the existing production management system. It was carried out using the low-code development tool 'Magic xpa' and an agile development approach. Since increasing on-site productivity was a key point of this system, we had the on-site personnel actually use the prototype and reflected their feedback in the system development. As a result, a mechanism was created that allows process information to be registered in the database in real-time with almost no manual input. 【Objectives】 ■ To enable on-site workers to easily input manufacturing process information. ■ To allow for the necessary process information to be transcribed in one action each time the process progresses and is divided into various small lots. ■ To quickly find the necessary process information. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
