Construction can be carried out without damaging while the vehicle is in operation! Introducing methods for extending the lifespan of bridge deck slabs.
The "Super Hozen Method" is a construction technique aimed at extending the lifespan of bridge deck slabs. The construction involves securely fastening mesh rebar to the underside of the existing deck slab using tapered T-type anchors. It alleviates vibrations and impacts on the deck slab, and after applying a thick layer of polymer cement mortar (Hozen material #10), low-pressure epoxy resin injection is performed to completely integrate with the existing deck slab. This method allows for construction without damaging the structure while vehicles are in operation, ensuring a reliable rejuvenation through three stages of lifespan extension measures. 【Features】 - No restrictions on vehicle passage - Construction possible without damage while vehicles are in operation - Reliable rejuvenation through three stages of lifespan extension measures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
