A waste drying treatment device that can significantly reduce industrial waste costs by drying/reducing moisture-rich raw garbage and food waste. It is also possible to recycle vegetable waste as fertilizer for fields.
The leftover food and organic waste are indirectly heated and dried by blocking the oxygen in the reduction chamber, achieving significant volume reduction. The reduction rate varies depending on the type of material and moisture content, but up to 98% reduction is possible. For example, leftover food can be reduced to one-tenth of its original volume. Since it uses indirect heating, there is no dust dispersion, and because it does not involve incineration, it is an environmentally friendly system that does not produce dioxins. The patented deodorization technology significantly reduces odors during heating, and the operating noise is quiet. Both the reduction chamber and the deodorization chamber have a double structure, ensuring high safety. The processing temperature inside the reduction chamber is low, around 180°C, and since there is no oxidation reaction, the equipment has a long lifespan. It is equipped with a vibration detection device for emergency response. Since there is no combustion (oxidation reaction) of the processed materials in the reduction chamber, the processed output is not "ash" but rather combustible solid material. Most of the calorific value remains, allowing for the recycling of high-calorie solid fuel. Depending on the content of the processed materials, it is also possible to reuse/recycle them as feed or fertilizer, enabling environmentally friendly usage. By adjusting the temperature and processing time, it is possible to retain the three major nutrients of fertilizers—nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium—ensuring that the output contains essential components for plant growth, allowing for safe use of the ash.
