The HS7 is a food slicer that automatically moves the platform for placing ingredients by switching a button, allowing for unmanned slicing. By fully closing the gauge plate that adjusts the slice thickness, it is possible to wipe the main body without touching the rotating blade, making it one of the safest and most hygienic models in the world. Additionally, during cleaning, the rotating blade can be completely removed with a dedicated accessory tool.
