Understand the condition of equipment without going on-site! A case study using Azure services centered around Azure IoT Hub.
"Without going to the site, we cannot understand the situation," and "When we finally went to the site, it turned out to be a simple problem." Japan Clean System, which globally manufactures and sells the drum-type waste storage and discharge machine "Gomick," faced such challenges. In response to this issue, our company developed an IoT solution using Azure services centered around Azure IoT Hub, enabling real-time monitoring of equipment located remotely. As a result, it became possible to understand the condition of the equipment without having to visit the site, arrange collection vehicles based on the weight of waste discharged, and predict equipment anomalies in advance. [Effects of Implementing Azure Services] ■ Understand the condition of equipment without visiting the site ■ Arrange collection vehicles based on the weight of waste discharged (efficiency) ■ Predict equipment anomalies in advance (reduce response time to issues) *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
