INTERTEC-Hess enclosure boxes are manufactured using GRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) material with neoprene (EPDM) gaskets, achieving a standard protection rating of IP65. They provide reliable protection for instrumentation equipment against water and dust ingress in harsh outdoor environments. The standard color is RAL 7032 (light grey), with RAL 7001 grey available as the "GO" option. Available options include Arctic GRP with integrated PU foam insulation for cold climate applications, IP68 / NEMA Type 4X / Ex p explosion-proof configurations, and UV protection design with low surface resistance in compliance with IEC60079. Mounting hardware is hot-dip galvanized steel as standard, with SUS316 (1.4404) stainless steel available as an upgrade. Acrylic glass windows are fitted as standard, with safety glass available as an option. A comprehensive range of option configurations is available to meet any installation requirement — from corrosive environments and extreme cold climates to hazardous (Ex) areas.
