The cost for updating from existing locks to our electronic locks is approximately 80,000 to 100,000 yen per room. Additionally, the installation of card readers at locations with automatic doors or electric locks, such as entrance doors, gyms, spas, and elevators, as well as the provision of hotel key systems necessary for operating various models of electronic locks, will incur separate costs. Cost estimates: Initial cost for hotel key system (including PC and software): approximately 600,000 to 1,000,000 yen per facility. Installation of electronic readers in common areas: approximately 500,000 yen per location.
