Kaimu paint Lignosil Verano contains components that allow it to be painted on wooden substrates for exterior walls and achieve a "graying" effect (silicate/silicon). It finishes with a natural appearance similar to the graying that occurs in forests after years of weathering, or a patina-like greenish hue. The main business of SGM Corporation, the "Mecasera System," was developed in 1983 through joint research with Tohoku University.
