A floor plan created by intermediate to advanced level pre-cut CAD inputters, who struggle and spend time creating it under various specification conditions. This is a semi-automatic floor plan creation tool aimed at assisting and supporting them. It automatically or semi-automatically navigates the main axis from columns highlighted based on the direct ratio. This forms the basis of a strong floor plan, which is then generated. The conditions imposed on the floor plan are diverse, including regional characteristics and unique rules of house manufacturers. By registering these conditions in the master, a floor plan that fits the conditions without any sense of discomfort is generated. By linking with allowable stress calculations, a floor plan is generated with a well-founded beam height.
