Optimizing board thickness to achieve high strength! This enables application to a wider range of wooden structures.
"Tech One TCW" is a joining hardware that achieves higher strength while being compact. By fully utilizing the know-how of Nippon Steel Corporation's steel house, we have developed a new hardware that is compact yet has improved load-bearing capacity compared to the conventional Tech One, making it applicable to a wider range of wooden structures. By thinning the wing parts, we optimized the critical and excess areas at the joint, and through a special riveting technique, we were able to simultaneously enhance the strength and compactness of the hardware by joining two pieces together. 【Features】 - A strong framework can be achieved with a simple combination of bolts and drift pins. - By reducing the protrusion compared to Tech One P3 and thinning the plate thickness, we achieved a weight reduction of up to 40%. - By overlapping L-shaped hardware at the bolt connection surface, we optimized the plate thickness and achieved high load-bearing capacity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We are a manufacturer of construction hardware that firmly protects the "wooden houses" loved by the Japanese from earthquakes. We were the first in Japan to promote the Kuretec hardware method, making traditional wooden frame construction even more robust. Additionally, we boast the highest production volume in Japan for reinforcing hardware (Z-mark, C-mark) traditionally used in wooden house construction. Furthermore, our precut business for structural frames using the latest equipment is set to expand throughout the entire eastern Japan in the future. We have group companies in Tochigi Prefecture and Chiba Prefecture in Japan, as well as in China and Guam overseas, aiming for future development into a global company.
