The "WhiteLock21MM" is a reporting device that sends voice alerts to mobile phones, PHS phones, and landline phones, or automatically reports via SMS to various mobile phones in response to external input signals. It uses LTE (4G) for reporting through an LTE communication module built into the main unit. Since it has a module, a mobile phone is not required, and it can be installed in locations where a landline cannot be connected. For voice reporting, voice messages can be received on landline phones, mobile phones, and PHS phones. For SMS reporting, SMS messages can be received on mobile phones (docomo, au, softbank). Input signals can be set for each reporting destination. Voice reporting can be set for up to 6 locations, and SMS reporting can also be set for up to 6 locations. It reports during power outages and when power is restored. If set, it will report both during a power outage and when power is restored. Note that a power outage is determined when the power supply from the AC adapter is lost.
