The centralized control system "AOS" is software that controls the dispatch of multiple AGVs. 【Feature 1: Systematic and Efficient Dispatching】 All AGV travel routes are instructed from AOS. It allows simultaneous control and monitoring of up to 20 units (customizable to a maximum of 100 units). It also includes an automatic shortest path generation function, enabling efficient dispatching. Additionally, it features intersection control and battery management functions. 【Feature 2: Integration with Customer Systems (Customizable)】 It can integrate with customer systems such as MES, WMS, equipment, PLCs, and camera systems, allowing AGVs to be dispatched without operator instructions. 【Feature 3: Visualization of Big Data for Business Improvement (Customizable)】 Accumulated data can be organized to create various visualization displays and analysis tools, contributing to business improvement. *1 AOS stands for AGV Operating System. *2 Integration is performed via I/O, serial communication, Ethernet, etc. Separate discussions with the system company may be necessary.
