At Tohoku Ueno, which operates the transportation packaging guide website, we provide proposals for improving loading efficiency and work efficiency for existing boxes (trays). We received requests from customers asking if we could propose improvements to transportation and handling efficiency for existing pallets. However, through simulations, we realized that the weight of the trays themselves was also an issue for storing sheet metal parts, leading us to propose changes in the material of the boxes (trays) as well as suggestions for improving loading efficiency.
