"Interior Felt" is an under-cushion material for hotels and apartments that combines a special manufacturing method with the secondary effects derived from it. The multi-layered felt base, approximately 20mm thick, is passed through high temperatures exceeding 200°C, melting the contained polypropylene to bond it together and shape it into 8mm. By rapidly cooling it forcibly, the melted polypropylene intertwines within the fiber layers, solidifying and acting as an adhesive. 【Features】 ■ Since no adhesives are used, it can be considered a VOC-compliant product. ■ The high temperature of 200°C significantly reduces bacteria. ■ The intertwined fibers and air layers provide moderate cushioning and excellent sound insulation. ■ The intertwined fibers and air layers also offer expected thermal insulation effects. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
