"KIWAKU" is a condominium renovation system that allows for flexible changes to room layouts. It involves assembling wooden columns and beams with special processing in a three-dimensional lattice structure within the condominium. Partitions, doors, furniture, and lighting fixtures are then installed within this framework. Since it uses a screw connection method, changes to the layout and interior can be easily made in response to future lifestyle changes or shifts in family composition.
