This is a gasket called CIPG, which is automatically applied using a 3D program and cured on-site with UV irradiation.
It has high flexibility, is easy to compress, and can easily follow the distortion of the housing, demonstrating excellent waterproof and dustproof performance. Features: - The viscosity and thixotropy before and after UV curing are optimally designed. - Being UV-curable, it has minimal shrinkage and cures quickly, reducing work time. - Automation allows for reductions in labor costs, improved work efficiency, and suppression of variability. - Unlike conventional rubber gaskets, it does not require molding dies, leading to cost savings. - Program-controlled application allows for arbitrary shapes, increasing design freedom.
