Applications/Examples of results
As the Internet of Things (IoT) rapidly expands with various devices connecting to the internet, cellular devices, which play a crucial role in communication infrastructure, are required to have greater reliability than ever before. Generally, it is essential to evaluate all combinations of propagation path simulations and handover tests between eNB (base station) and UE (user equipment) for each device (model) and communication path. However, since eNBs and UEs come in a wide variety of manufacturers and lineups, evaluating all combinations requires a tremendous amount of time and effort. The RF Matrix Switch Box (MM6000 series) is primarily composed of high-speed digital attenuators and RF matrix switches, making it a suitable product for automating variation tests (interconnectivity tests) such as propagation path simulations, handover tests, and RF signal connection switching.
