Safety confirmed through testing in accordance with NEXCO testing methods! Inspection road for bridges by Nihon Koryo Co., Ltd.
"JB-HABIS" is an inspection path for bridges made from high corrosion-resistant steel material ZAM(R) in the form of steel plates, shapes, and pipes. Performance verification tests and impact loading tests in accordance with NEXCO testing methods have been conducted on the walkway beams and handrails, confirming sufficient safety. Additionally, since the materials are processed (cut and drilled) by the material manufacturer and assembled solely with bolt connections, welding during production is unnecessary. This eliminates distortion due to thermal effects during manufacturing, allowing for the provision of products with high dimensional accuracy. 【Features】 ■ Excellent corrosion resistance ■ Uses ZAM(R) treated with pre-galvanization for rust prevention ■ No post-galvanization rust prevention treatment required during manufacturing ■ High dimensional accuracy and lightweight ■ Low lifecycle cost * "ZAM(R)" is the product name for a molten zinc-aluminum (6%)-magnesium (3%) alloy coated steel sheet developed by Nisshin Steel Co., Ltd. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
