Measures to Address Odors at the School Lunch Center: Freshly Deodorizing Cooking Exhaust
Measures to combat odors for neighboring areas! Introducing examples of exhaust deodorization from a school lunch center.
We would like to introduce a case study of a school lunch center that implemented the neutralizing deodorizer 'VFD-1020TM' from Nippon Deodorant Co., Ltd. The school lunch center was relocated to a site surrounded by residential houses. Therefore, from the planning stage, we anticipated complaints about odors and compared various deodorizing devices. Our deodorizer was chosen for its deodorizing effectiveness and ease of installation. As a result, the exhaust after deodorization eliminated the characteristic greasy smell of fried foods, leaving a fresh feeling. There have been no complaints about odors from the neighbors, and the operation is running smoothly.
