We will manufacture using machining of Yodoflon YG20 made by Yodogawa Hitec. The material is a glass-filled Teflon. Since it is made to order, please confirm the delivery date each time. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, there are various shapes for workpieces depending on the design, but we will strive to meet your requests as closely as possible through machining. PTFE (Teflon, Naflon, Balfron) is a material with excellent chemical resistance, but it has significant dimensional tolerance variations, and dimensions can change simply by measuring with bare hands during inspection. The glass-filled variant reduces dimensional variations. Machining such as indexing and screw machining on NC lathes (Okuma) is done using a 4-axis machining center, which does not require clamps or positioning jigs. We will do our best to minimize conditions such as tolerances, warping, and burrs, which are weaknesses of high-quality plastic resins. We can accept mass production items (large quantities) even if the total amount is high, but we also respond to small lots (small quantities) that are often difficult to accept.
