MC Nylon (Monomer Cast Nylon) is commonly used in areas where mechanical strength (impact resistance) is necessary, and the material itself comes in various grades, making it versatile for general use. Using machining (Mori Seiki), we create 3D data from drawings using CADCAM for three-dimensional processing. (If you have 3D data, please provide it.) We are flexible in accommodating your company's payment terms, direct shipping, and custom products based on actual items. We can accept mass production items (high quantity) that result in a higher total amount, but we also handle small lots (low quantity) that are often difficult to accept elsewhere.
