We have achieved a reduction in total costs! It is possible to make precision cuts during the extrusion molding process!
"Adcoat Wire" is a material suitable for preventing the expansion and contraction of various automotive moldings in the automotive field and window sash beads in the building materials field. Currently, it is common for irregularly shaped extrusions to require a significant number of sections. This product enables precision cutting during the extrusion process due to its anti-expansion properties, allowing for the omission of the annealing process and achieving a reduction in total costs. During the cooling process of extrusion molding, Adcoat Wire suppresses the expansion and contraction of the resin, preventing molding distortion. 【Features】 - Improves assembly compatibility by preventing the expansion of moldings. - Allows for precision cutting during the extrusion process. - Reduces restart time during the start of extrusion molding and in case of troubles. - Serves as an indicator for controlling variable extrusion molding. - Provides stability in molding due to its straightness, allowing for faster extrusion line speeds. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 ■ Due to its long length, it can reduce the number of supply instances in the extrusion line. ■ By connecting with a simple pressure welding machine through cold pressure welding, it can be used continuously (only for general ad-coated wire). ■ Being a round wire allows for flexibility in bending processing, making it easy to position in the desired location of resin molded products. ■ It can prevent the drawing of resins with low melting viscosity. ■ The linear expansion coefficient of the molded products becomes very close to that of metal materials. ■ It can accommodate a wide variety of resins. 【Product Lineup】 ■ General ad-coated wire for PVC (Ad-Coat 25R-S / Ad-Coat 40R-S) ■ General ad-coated wire for olefins (AD-25-O / AD-40-O) ■ High tensile strength ad-coated wire for olefins (PVC consultation required) ■ High tensile strength ad-coated wire SP-70 (SP-AD-70-O) * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
