The Hatokotto consists of three units: upper, middle, and lower units. Upper unit: Removable! Easy to inspect and repair. Middle unit: By opening within the extraction surface dimensions, piping and ducts can be accessed. The skirt-shaped part covers the horizontal fixing part of the waterproof layer of the lower unit, preventing rain from blowing in. Lower unit: It has the function of fixing the connection of the rooftop slab and the rising part of the waterproof layer. In addition to being fixed to general concrete slabs with dedicated anchor bolts, it can also be installed on deck plates, ALC, and more.
