Hatokotto consists of three units: upper, middle, and lower units. Upper unit: Removable! Inspection and repairs are easy. Middle unit: By opening within the extraction surface dimensions, piping and ducts can be accessed. The skirt-shaped part covers the horizontal fixing part of the waterproof layer of the lower unit, preventing rain from blowing in. Lower unit: It has the function of securing the connection of the rooftop slab and the rising part of the waterproof layer. In addition to fixing to general concrete slabs with dedicated anchor bolts, it can also be installed on deck plates, ALC, etc.
