It can be used as a vacuum switching valve to switch vacuum air supplied from external vacuum generators such as vacuum pumps and multi-stage ejectors. In addition to enabling shorter cycle times through air switching and vacuum breaking functions, there are also types available that allow for condition monitoring of the vacuum circuit. A manifold type that can connect up to 16 SCPM-EVs and be used as a single block is also available in the lineup.
