We would like to introduce a case where the work analysis and business optimization software "OTRS" was implemented at Yachiyo Industrial Co., Ltd. In pursuit of a high level of work efficiency standardization, we found effectiveness in "VSM + Video," but manual measurement and analysis posed challenges in terms of efficiency and accuracy.
