We would like to introduce a case where we delivered a maturation chamber to Tatsuya, a yakiniku restaurant in Nagoya. This time, we provided a maturation chamber measuring W1,500mm. Since it is a yakiniku restaurant, the owner wanted to age not only domestic black-haired wagyu but also breeding cows to offer to customers. This led to the introduction of the chamber. While there are still many restaurants that do not understand the difference between aging and spoilage, proper aging requires not only the selection of meat but also the careful selection of equipment. Our maturation chamber allows for precise temperature and humidity settings, adjustable in 1% increments according to the customer's preferences.
