[Wine Cellar Case Study] Hon-Atsugi, Creative Cuisine Kōfū

We would like to introduce a case where our "wine cellar" was implemented at the creative cuisine restaurant, Kufu. The previous wine cellar had a glass box assembled during the interior construction, and while it managed temperature control with air conditioning, it was obviously insufficient in managing both temperature and humidity, leading to the need for replacement. Due to being located on the basement level, a size of W2,525×D800×H2,675mm could not be brought in. Therefore, we have prepared a modular product for such situations. To allow customers at the counter to see the wine, we opted for three glass sides this time. Additionally, we chose three hinged doors instead of a single door, as a single door would obstruct customer entry and exit. The ability to propose wine cellars tailored to each individual case is one of the unique advantages of our custom-made products.
