Compatible with backing film tailored to extrusion molding substrate resin (supports PVC/PP).
"J-BRIGHT" has been developed as a film that imparts a "metallic luster" design to various automotive exterior trims, such as side moldings and bumper moldings. It achieves weight reduction through "metal-free" technology. Additionally, during molding processes such as extrusion and injection molding, it can be simultaneously applied to the trim, addressing cost reduction challenges by shortening processes like "plating-free." For over 20 years, it has been used by numerous manufacturers and vehicle models. 【Features】 ■ Over 20 years of adoption by many domestic and international automotive parts manufacturers ■ High brightness due to an excellent transparent surface layer, excelling in metallic luster design ■ Enables weight reduction through metal-free technology ■ Allows for process shortening, such as plating-free, by bonding with the trim during molding, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
