Total cost reduction construction method. Introducing the residual formwork Protelock Pierce Wonder.
The "Residual Type Formwork Wonder Type" is a thin concrete panel that incorporates a reinforcement material (expanded metal) treated for rust prevention with epoxy resin coating. The small holes on the back of the panel have air release grooves, providing excellent integration with site-cast concrete. Additionally, unlike piercings, the small holes on the back of the panel are not through-holes, which prevents any traces of mortar leakage on the surface, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Even ordinary workers, not skilled formworkers, can easily assemble it. 【Features】 ■ Incorporates reinforcement material (expanded metal) treated for rust prevention with epoxy resin coating ■ No traces of mortar leakage on the surface, resulting in a good appearance ■ Easily assembled by ordinary workers, not just skilled formworkers ■ Complies with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's special specification (integrated structure) ■ Allows for a concrete deduction of 2.8m3/100m2 *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
