Vacuum pads resistant to corrosion from electrolytic solutions. Suppresses deterioration and reduces replacement costs!
In the production of secondary batteries, the electrolyte injected into the cells corrodes the vacuum pads used during cell opening. By using electrolyte-resistant rubber as the material for the vacuum pads, we can suppress the degradation of the vacuum pads and contribute to reducing replacement costs. The electrolyte-resistant rubber pads are available in three different shapes. Among the flat shapes, you can choose a pad with a large sealing lip suitable for thin workpieces like films, or select from 1.5-stage and 2.5-stage bellows pads that are effective for buffering during adhesion and stroke adjustment, depending on your application. 【Features】 - Utilizes materials resistant to electrolytes, contributing to the long lifespan of vacuum pads. - Offers three shapes: flat, 1.5-stage bellows, and 2.5-stage bellows, allowing for the selection of a more suitable pad.
