The SAF series vacuum pads for thin steel plates are flat vacuum pads that are optimal for the suction and transport of thin steel plates with an oil film. The suction surface of the pads, made from highly oil-resistant nitrile rubber, features grooves to release oil, allowing for strong suction on workpieces with an oil film and enabling rapid transport. The pads are available in sizes ranging from a minimum of Φ30mm to a maximum of Φ125mm. You can choose the appropriate pad for your workpiece from three materials: general-purpose nitrile rubber (NBR-60), slightly softer nitrile rubber (NBR-45), and a special markless rubber (HT2/Φ30mm to Φ60mm) that excels in high-temperature resistance suitable for hot forging.
