Achieving the acquisition of operational information from old equipment! Introducing examples of IoT utilization in production processes.
We would like to introduce a case study on the industrial quality IoT edge and gateway device "Tibbo-Pi." It was implemented to collect basic information aimed at improving production processes and increasing productivity. Digital and analog information was collected from multiple production equipment using Tibbo, and it was utilized for acquiring operational information and managing operational status by sending it to a cloud server. By leveraging IoT devices (Tibbo), we were able to reduce development time and costs. [Case Study] ■ Purpose of IoT Implementation - To collect basic information for improving processes and increasing productivity ■ Benefits Gained from Utilizing IoT - Cost reduction (compressed to about one-third) - Reduction in development time (compressed to about one-fourth) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
