"CONVERGE" allows for efficient parallel computing, making it possible to perform such multi-cylinder, multi-cycle calculations within a realistic computation time. Additionally, it can be coupled with the automotive comprehensive simulation platform GT-SUITE, enabling calculations that combine the characteristics of one-dimensional and three-dimensional analyses, resulting in computations that are closer to real phenomena.
