Company information
Skillnote is a skill management system that allows for efficient and comprehensive management of on-site skills and qualifications. It is a cloud service that enables centralized management and operation of skill maps (competency management charts) that have traditionally been managed using Excel and similar tools in the manufacturing industry. By registering on-site skill and training data in the cloud and enhancing visibility, it facilitates planned human resource development and allocation utilizing skill data, contributing to solving challenges related to human resource management in manufacturing companies, such as skill transfer, multi-skilled worker development, and immediate workforce readiness. Additionally, by visualizing careers and skills, it supports autonomous career development.
