The EMS viscometer is an innovative viscometer that has changed the conventional wisdom of viscosity measurement with its world-first new method. By utilizing the force of a magnetic field to remotely apply torque to a spherical probe within the sample container from the outside, it has successfully achieved complete separation of the sample from the device. It offers cutting-edge viscosity analysis technology through user-friendly software and selectable spherical probes based on sample characteristics, enabling applications across a wide range of fields. It also accommodates measurements of small quantities and low viscosity, which have been difficult to measure until now. This product incorporates some of the development results obtained as part of the JST Advanced Measurement and Analysis Technology and Equipment Development Program.
