"Extrusion" is a method of continuously forming products with a constant cross-sectional shape by heating and plasticizing plastic raw material pellets in a cylinder, then extruding them through a mold using a screw. Pipes, tubes, and sheets can also be made in a similar manner, but extrusion with complex cross-sectional shapes is specifically referred to as "profile extrusion." The resins that can be molded include rigid and flexible PVC, ABS, AES, PE, and PS. For flexible materials, two-color molding is also possible. If the materials are in stock at our company, we can accommodate production lots regardless of the raw material lot.
