This device is a dip coating apparatus equipped with a filtering circulation mechanism for coating liquids on disks and wafers. It allows for the dip coating of a large number of disks at once using a jig. Additionally, it features a sub-tank for testing small amounts of dip coating liquid. This dip coater reflects the dip coating technology owned by SDI. It has a stroke of 219 mm and is compatible with 1.8 to 3.5 inch disks.
