Die casting consists of three elements: the alloy as the raw material, the mold for shaping, and the machine (die casting machine) that fills the raw material into the mold. In "die casting," non-ferrous metals are used for shaping. Die casting with ADC-5 and ADC-6 is difficult, and there are few companies that can do it, so it is a technology we can confidently provide. We have produced over 10,000 products so far, creating 285 molds per year, which is almost one mold every day.
