It excels in penetration into recesses (high penetration) and has a small thickness difference between recesses and protrusions (high coating efficiency), resulting in a reduced amount of paint used (economical) and a smooth finish with a thin film. While the standard thickness for conventional powder coatings is 50-80μ, the Viliucia Articolor achieves a thin film of 30μ due to its ultra-fine particles, resulting in a coating appearance comparable to smooth solvent-based paints. There are no manufacturing lot restrictions that are typically a bottleneck in color matching for powder coatings, allowing for color matching starting from 1kg, with shorter delivery times than usual. The color range available for matching is based on the "Nippon Paint Color Card," in the light and medium color ranges, with a brightness of 55 or higher, and gloss adjustment is possible from semi-gloss to full gloss.
