Achieving high durability through integration with concrete! Suitable for facilities in harsh environments.
The "Zick Board Method" falls under the sheet lining method and is a concrete anti-corrosion coating method suitable for facilities in extremely harsh environments or those requiring long-term durability. A multilayer molded board (Zick Board) is formed by integrally molding a three-dimensional cross on the backside of a high-durability vinyl ester resin FRP sheet, which is then directly bonded to the structural concrete or the poured concrete through acid-resistant inorganic grout, creating an integrated anti-corrosion coating layer. [Features] - Suitable for facilities in harsh environments or those requiring long-term durability - Provides excellent barrier properties with a homogeneous high-density anti-corrosion coating layer - The joints of the post-application method prevent damage to the joint area due to stress concentration, imparting excellent durability functions - The three-dimensional cross prevents common cracking of the coating layer due to cracking damage in the structure *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The JER Concrete Repair and Improvement Association aims to extend the lifespan and protect concrete structures such as wastewater treatment facilities, pipeline facilities, water supply facilities, agricultural community facilities, irrigation channels, bridges, and dams. We select materials and construction methods that meet our customers' needs and provide high-quality construction. Additionally, we have established a subcommittee within the association called the "Pipeline Subcommittee" to address measures for extending the lifespan of sewer pipeline facilities.
