At the Light Work Institute, we manufacture aluminum castings using wooden patterns and produce molds using machining center machines. The production of aluminum castings with wooden patterns involves melting aluminum and pouring it into molds created from sand and other materials, then cooling and solidifying it. In the production using machining center machines, we create drawings with 3D software and use the three-dimensional data to cut aluminum alloy plates to create molds.
