Patent obtained! For sintering molds and spacers using SPS discharge technology!
The "SL-400H" is a high-performance ultra-high temperature and high-pressure mold with a bending strength of 400 MPa (8 times that of Gr) and a melting point of 2900°C (equivalent to Gr). To ensure the electrical conduction path between the die and punch and to prevent reactions between the punch and the sintered body, the use of materials such as graphite sheets is recommended depending on the material system. However, it is carbon-free and reduces the contamination of carbon impurities. Additionally, there are expectations for future applications in HIP sintering molds, glass lens molding molds, cutting tools, nozzles, wire discharge electrodes, and deposition target materials. 【Available Products】 ■ Finished or semi-finished cylindrical shapes ■ Maximum dimensions: φ90×t60mm ■ If you require other dimensions or shapes, please feel free to contact us. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to inquire.
