Hook and loop fasteners that can be used in a wide range of applications requiring high heat resistance, such as firefighting, welding, and construction! This is a fastener made with PPS in all the threads.
"Eco Magic Heat Resistant Type" is a hook-and-loop fastener that has changed almost all of its threads in the hook, loop, and base fabric sections to PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide), providing high heat resistance. Even after being exposed to high-temperature environments (250°C for 24 hours), it retains over 80% of its engagement strength (shear strength). Since it is primarily made of PPS fibers and does not use a backing coating agent, it is self-extinguishing and passes automotive flammability tests (FMVSS-302 horizontal method) and aircraft flammability tests (EAR. PART25.853b vertical method). 【Features】 ■ All threads changed to PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) ■ High heat resistance ■ Retains over 80% engagement strength even after exposure to high-temperature environments ■ Passes automotive and aircraft flammability tests ■ Reduces CO2 emissions during the production process by approximately 30% compared to conventional processes (compared to our company) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
