Here is an introduction to the process of how screws are made at Mochizuki Spiral Co., Ltd. First, the sales department issues a manufacturing instruction based on the orders received from customers and requests production from the manufacturing department. After that, the process involves material selection, head production (forging), and then the production of the screw body. To enhance the screw-in capability of screws like tapping screws, cuts are made at the tip of the screw according to user instructions, followed by a cleaning process. The cleaned screws undergo a final inspection to ensure they are manufactured according to JIS standards, followed by sorting and packaging before shipment. 【Process of Screw Production】 1.
