Retaining the lightweight opening and closing and good airtightness characteristic of Sanwaise's clean room doors, the full flat door pursues ease of cleaning and prevention of airflow disruption, making it an ideal form for clean room doors. In clean rooms, even slight protrusions can disrupt airflow. The double-glazed observation window*1 is frameless and flat, and the hinges and door checks are built into the door itself*2, making it flat. Furthermore, the standard aluminum outer frame has the same thickness as the door body, ensuring a flat surface. Only the handle for opening and closing and the lock for securing*3 are exposed; everything else from the frame to the door is truly full flat. Retaining lightweight opening and closing and good airtightness, the full flat door, which pursues ease of cleaning and prevention of airflow disruption, is the ultimate form for clean room doors. *1 The window is optional. *2 It can also be changed to an auto hinge as an option (it will be exposed). *3 The lock is optional.

It is also possible to manufacture with steel or stainless steel frames to match the wall thickness, but in that case, the frame and door will not be flat.
