The mercury-free excimer lamp generates ozone to inactivate and sterilize airborne and surface viruses and bacteria. You can choose from two types, "Eximan S" and "Eximan M (approved as a controlled medical device)," depending on the location and application. It does not use mercury, which is an environmental pollutant. 3: Sterilization, deodorization, and disinfection with one unit In unoccupied spaces, high concentrations of ozone fumigation act on both airborne and surface bacteria, sterilizing the entire area. In occupied spaces, it releases low concentrations of ozone for deodorization and disinfection. 4: Maintenance management Ozone is generated from oxygen in the air, so there are no raw material costs. The released ozone returns to oxygen, leaving no residue.
