Embossing patterns on span lace non-woven fabric! It is possible to form any desired pattern all at once. The marked areas do not fall off, and both the recessed and raised parts of the non-woven fabric's lace pattern can be formed.
"SPUNART" is a versatile cover roll that combines the required functions and designs of spun lace non-woven fabric, made possible by the unique technology of Nippon Filcon. Unlike the conventional patterned welding method, it efficiently forms intricate patterns by creating the patterned section all at once, and since the patterned section is integrated with the base material, there is no risk of the marked section falling off. The unevenness of the patterned section can be arbitrarily selected during the design phase of the base material processing, and by changing the thickness of the base material, the amount of step difference in the unevenness (the strength of the uneven pattern of the non-woven fabric) can be adjusted. When adding patterns to the non-woven fabric, it is possible to apply any design at a lower cost compared to conventional methods. 【Features】 ■ Capable of forming arbitrary patterns all at once ■ No risk of marked sections falling off ■ Both concave and convex patterned sections can be formed in the non-woven fabric ■ Paid prototypes of unique patterns in sizes like A4 can be made (low risk) ■ Multiple patterns can be included on a single sheet *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since its establishment in 1916 with investments from major domestic paper companies for the purpose of self-sufficiency in paper-making wire (forming mesh), we have responded to the demands of the domestic industry, which requires the highest quality in the world, by honing our technology for physical and chemical processing of various materials and expanding our areas of application. Currently, we have grown into a corporate group that supplies various functional materials and production materials, consisting of 21 subsidiaries and 4 affiliated companies, focusing on industrial functional filters, conveyor businesses, electronic components, photomask businesses, and environmental and water treatment-related businesses. Moving forward, we will continue to harness the full strength of the Japan Filcon Group to provide optimal solutions that respond to the productivity improvement of the industry with high-quality and innovative products and services, centered around our core technologies of "separation" and "conveyance," such as filters and conveyors, and strive to enhance the value of the group companies.
