Based on the technology of "separation and transportation" cultivated in the manufacturing of paper-making wire, we are expanding various businesses such as filters, conveyors, filtration devices, and electronic components.

Since its establishment in 1916 with investments from major domestic paper companies for the purpose of self-sufficiency in paper-making wire (forming mesh), we have responded to the demands of the domestic industry, which requires the highest quality in the world, by honing our technology for physical and chemical processing of various materials and expanding our areas of application. Currently, we have grown into a corporate group that supplies various functional materials and production materials, consisting of 21 subsidiaries and 4 affiliated companies, focusing on industrial functional filters, conveyor businesses, electronic components, photomask businesses, and environmental and water treatment-related businesses. Moving forward, we will continue to harness the full strength of the Japan Filcon Group to provide optimal solutions that respond to the productivity improvement of the industry with high-quality and innovative products and services, centered around our core technologies of "separation" and "conveyance," such as filters and conveyors, and strive to enhance the value of the group companies.
